1. After cleansing and drying your skin, apply a small amount of Youth Intensive Crème to the face and neck. 
2. Smooth evenly until fully absorbed.
3. Use morning and/or evening, depending on your skin’s needs and routine. For best results, integrate into your corrective skincare regimen.
4. In the morning, follow with a broad-spectrum SPF. At night, layer with a restorative serum if needed.
5. Because this is a rich, advanced formula, start with nightly use if your skin is new to high-performance actives and then transition to both morning and evening if tolerable.

Shipping
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metro areas usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days
• Regional and interstate deliveries may take 3 to 7 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive a notification once your parcel has been dispatched. Delivery times may be impacted during busy sale periods or due to courier service delays.

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
