Refund Policy


At La Belle Cosmetics, we take great care in preparing every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. The following policy is designed to provide clarity around returns and refunds for online purchases, while upholding the highest standards of product integrity, hygiene, and customer safety, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Placing Your Order
We kindly recommend reviewing all order details carefully before completing checkout.

Once an order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be amended, and orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or recalled once processing or dispatch has commenced. This allows us to maintain strict hygiene controls and ensure timely delivery for all customers.

Our Quality Assurance
Every product is visually inspected, checked for seal integrity, and carefully packaged prior to dispatch to ensure it leaves our clinic in pristine condition.

Change of Mind & Product Suitability
Due to the nature of professional-grade skincare and hygiene requirements, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or personal preference, including where a product may not be suitable for your skin.

Once products leave our clinic, we are unable to verify how they have been handled or stored. For this reason, returned skincare products cannot be reintroduced into circulation.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@labellecosmetics.com.au, including your order number and clear photographic or video evidence. Each enquiry is carefully reviewed by our team.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and cover reasonable return postage where applicable. If an item is found to have been opened, used, altered, or tampered with, or damaged due to handling or storage after delivery, we may be unable to proceed with a return.

Incorrect Items
If an item received does not match your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product received. We will arrange the correct item to be sent to you promptly.

Skin Sensitivities & Allergic Reactions
As every individual’s skin is different, reactions can occasionally occur even with well formulated products.

We encourage customers to review ingredient lists carefully, perform patch testing where appropriate, and seek professional advice if unsure of suitability.

Reactions and sensitivities are not considered product faults under Australian Consumer Law and are therefore not eligible for return or refund.

Delivery Responsibility
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

While we are unable to accept liability for parcels lost or stolen after delivery, our team is always happy to assist with tracking information or courier details should you require them.

Returns Process (Approved Cases Only)
Where a return is approved following assessment, our team will provide written instructions.

We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.Upon receipt, all returned items are inspected to ensure they have not been opened, used, altered, or tampered with before any replacement or refund is processed. Please allow up to 14 business days for assessment and completion.

Items Not Eligible for Return
For clarity, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • products that have been opened, used, or unsealed
  • items altered or tampered with after delivery
  • change-of-mind purchases
  • incorrect selections made at checkout
  • products unsuitable for individual skin types
  • reactions or sensitivities
  • sale items, promotional bundles, or gift cards

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect legal requirements and best practices. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
