REFUND POLICY
At La Belle Cosmetics, we take care in preparing every online order so it can arrive in the best possible condition.
This policy applies to online purchases made through our website and provides clarity around returns and refunds while maintaining product integrity, hygiene standards, and customer safety.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Placing Your Order
We recommend reviewing all order details carefully before completing checkout.
Once an order has been placed, we may be unable to amend the delivery address, cancel the order, modify the order, or recall the parcel once processing or dispatch has commenced.
This allows us to maintain hygiene controls and ensure orders are processed promptly for all customers.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or dispatch.
Online Store & In-Clinic Purchases
Our online store operates separately from our clinic.
Online store purchases, promotions, discounts, bundles, gift-with-purchase offers, and pricing are valid for online orders only unless otherwise stated.
In-clinic promotions, credits, packages, booking fees, treatment offers, or service-related credits cannot be applied to online store orders unless otherwise stated.
Online promotions cannot be retrospectively applied to previous purchases or in-clinic transactions.
Our Quality Assurance
Every product is visually inspected, checked where applicable for seal integrity, and carefully packaged prior to dispatch.
This helps ensure your order leaves our fulfilment location in the best possible condition.
Change of Mind & Product Suitability
Due to the nature of professional-grade skincare and hygiene requirements, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, personal preference, or where a product is not suitable for your individual skin.
Once products leave our fulfilment location, we are unable to verify how they have been handled or stored. For this reason, returned skincare products cannot be reintroduced into circulation unless otherwise approved in accordance with this policy and Australian Consumer Law.
We encourage customers to review product information, ingredients, and usage directions carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, please contact our team before placing your order.
Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, faulty, or with an item missing, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery.
Please email info@labellecosmetics.com.au with your order number and clear photos or video of the parcel, packaging, and product.
Please do not dispose of the product or packaging until our team has reviewed your order.
Reporting the issue promptly allows us to properly assess the condition of the parcel and product, and where relevant, assist with Australia Post enquiries. Delayed notification may limit our ability to verify whether damage occurred during delivery or after the parcel was received.
Each enquiry will be assessed by our team. Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect, or missing, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
This may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable resolution depending on the circumstances.
Where a return is required, we will provide written instructions. Reasonable return postage will be covered where required under Australian Consumer Law.
If an item has been opened, used, altered, tampered with, or damaged due to handling or storage after delivery, we may be unable to proceed with a return unless required by law.
Skin Sensitivities & Reactions
Every individual’s skin is different, and reactions or sensitivities can occasionally occur even with well-formulated products.
We encourage customers to review ingredient lists carefully, follow usage directions, patch test where appropriate, and seek professional advice if unsure of suitability.
A reaction, sensitivity, or personal intolerance does not automatically indicate that a product is faulty.
If you believe a reaction may be related to a product fault or incorrect product information, please contact our team so the matter can be reviewed.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable for change of mind, incorrect product selection, customer error, or where an order has already been dispatched.
Where an order issue is confirmed and a remedy is required under Australian Consumer Law, shipping fees will be handled in accordance with those requirements.
Returns Process
Returns are accepted only where approved by La Belle Cosmetics or where required under Australian Consumer Law.
If a return is approved, our team will provide written instructions.

We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
Upon receipt, returned items will be inspected before any replacement, refund, or store credit is processed.
Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return for assessment and processing.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For clarity, we do not accept returns for:
- products that have been opened, used, or unsealed
- items altered or tampered with after delivery
- change-of-mind purchases
- incorrect selections made at checkout
- products unsuitable for individual skin types
- personal reactions, sensitivities, or intolerance where the product is not faulty
- sale items or promotional bundles for change of mind
- gift cards for change of mind
This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased through our online store are redeemable through the online store only and cannot be used in clinic.
If you wish to purchase a gift card for in-clinic treatments, services, or products, please contact our team on (02) 8859 5300.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in accordance with applicable law.
Delivery Issues
Delivery timeframes, tracking, incorrect shipping details, safe drop, in-clinic collection, and parcels marked as delivered are addressed in our Shipping Policy.
Updates to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect legal requirements, operational changes, and best practice.
The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
