LA BELLE COSMETICS LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM

 

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the La Belle Cosmetics Loyalty Rewards Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Program Commencement 

The La Belle Cosmetics Loyalty Rewards Program commenced on 1 April 2025.
Points accrue only on eligible transactions completed on or after this date.
Transactions completed before 1 April 2025 are not eligible and cannot be backdated.

 

2. Eligibility & Enrolment 

Patients are automatically enrolled in the Program after completing an eligible in-clinic purchase.
No separate sign-up, forms, or account creation is required.
Participation is voluntary. Patients may opt out of the Program at any time by contacting the clinic.
If you choose to opt out, any accumulated Points may be forfeited and will no longer be available for redemption.

 

3. Earning Points

Participants earn 1 Point for every AUD $1 spent on eligible in-clinic purchases.

Eligible purchases may include in-clinic treatments, retail products, and in-clinic gift card purchases, unless otherwise stated.

Points are calculated on the amount actually paid after any discounts, promotions, credits, vouchers, or Points redemptions have been applied.

Points are credited only once full payment has been processed.

Points cannot be added to previous transactions or transactions where the original account details were not provided at the time of purchase.

Online purchases do not earn Points.

Booking fees, cancellation fees, no-show fees, card surcharges, shipping fees, redeemed gift card amounts, promotional credits, complimentary services, and refunded amounts do not earn Points.

Where Points are earned on the purchase of an in-clinic gift card, Points will not also be earned when that gift card is redeemed.

La Belle Cosmetics may decline to allocate Points where a transaction does not meet the Program requirements or where eligibility cannot be reasonably verified.

 

4. Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed only for eligible in-clinic treatments, retail products, or rewards nominated by La Belle Cosmetics. 

Points cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another person, exchanged for gift cards, or used as store credit outside the Program. 

Points are personal to the patient account and cannot be sold, gifted, pooled, combined, transferred, or moved between accounts. 

Identity verification may be required before a redemption is processed. 

Reward availability, redemption values, eligible services, and Point requirements may change from time to time. 

All redemptions are subject to availability, practitioner suitability, and clinic approval. 

Once Points have been redeemed, the redemption cannot be reversed unless otherwise required by law or approved by La Belle Cosmetics.

 

5. Point Expiry

Points expire three years from the date they were earned. 

Expiry operates on a rolling basis, meaning Points expire individually based on the date of the original eligible transaction. 

Expired Points cannot be reinstated, extended, transferred, or redeemed. 

Patients are responsible for checking their Points balance and using Points before they expire.

 

6. Refunds, Reversals & Account Adjustments

If a transaction that earned Points is refunded, cancelled, disputed, reversed, or adjusted, the associated Points may be deducted from the patient’s account. 

If this creates a negative Points balance, future Points must first return the account balance to zero before further redemptions can be made. 

La Belle Cosmetics may correct Points balances where there has been an error, duplicate allocation, technical issue, misuse, or suspected fraudulent activity. 

Accounts may be suspended or terminated where misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected. Any Points connected to misuse or fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

 

7. Loyalty Bookings, Cancellations & No-Show

This section applies only to appointments where Points are being redeemed. 

If a Loyalty Booking is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, 50 Points may be deducted from the patient’s account. 

If a patient does not attend a Loyalty Booking, the Points intended to be redeemed for that appointment may be forfeited. 

These deductions may apply in addition to the clinic’s standard cancellation, booking fee, or no-show policy. 

Regular appointments that do not involve Points redemption are not subject to Points deductions under this section.

 

8. Account Details & Balance Enquiries

Patients are responsible for keeping their contact details accurate and up to date. 

La Belle Cosmetics does not currently provide online access to Points balances. 

To check your Points balance, please contact the clinic by phone or ask our team in person. 

La Belle Cosmetics is not responsible for missed Program communication, account issues, or Points loss caused by outdated, incorrect, or incomplete contact details.

 

9. Online Store & In-Clinic Use 

The Loyalty Rewards Program applies to eligible in-clinic purchases only. 

Online store purchases do not earn Points and Points cannot be redeemed through the online store unless otherwise stated. 

Online promotions, discounts, bundles, gift cards, and offers cannot be used towards in-clinic Loyalty Rewards redemptions unless otherwise stated. 

In-clinic Points, credits, rewards, and Loyalty benefits cannot be transferred to the online store unless otherwise stated.

 

10. Program Changes 

La Belle Cosmetics may update, amend, suspend, or withdraw parts of the Program from time to time. 

This may include changes to earning rules, redemption values, eligible services, reward items, Point requirements, expiry rules, and Program benefits. 

Where reasonably practicable, La Belle Cosmetics will provide notice of material changes to the Program. 

Continued participation in the Program after changes are made will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms. 

If the Program is terminated, La Belle Cosmetics will provide a reasonable period for patients to redeem eligible Points, unless the account has been suspended or terminated due to misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

 

11. General Terms 

Points have no cash value and do not form part of any monetary balance, deposit, credit, or gift card. 

Participation in the Program does not create any entitlement to a particular reward, treatment, product, appointment, price, or benefit. 

All rewards and redemptions remain subject to treatment suitability, practitioner discretion, product availability, appointment availability, and clinic policies. 

La Belle Cosmetics may refuse a redemption where the patient does not meet treatment suitability requirements, where the requested reward is unavailable, or where the redemption does not comply with these Terms. 

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. 

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
