Terms & Conditions - La Belle Cosmetics Loyalty Rewards Program

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the La Belle Cosmetics Loyalty Rewards Program (“Program”). By enrolling in or participating in the Program, each client (“Participant”) agrees to the following provisions.

1. Program Commencement

1.1 The Program commences on 1 April 2025.
1.2 Points accrue only for eligible transactions completed on or after this date.
1.3 Transactions completed before this date are ineligible and will not be backdated or credited.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

2.1 All clients are automatically enrolled in the Program upon completing an eligible in-clinic purchase.
2.2 No separate sign-up, forms, or account creation is required.
2.3 Participation is voluntary, and clients may opt out by contacting the clinic; however, opting out results in forfeiture of all accumulated Points.

3. Earning Points

3.1 Participants earn 1 Point per AUD $1 spent on eligible in-clinic purchases, including treatments, retail products, and gift cards.
3.2 Points are credited only once full payment has been processed.
3.3 Points cannot be added to previous transactions under any circumstance.
3.4 Points are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, pooled, combined, or moved between accounts.
3.5 Online purchases do not earn Points.
3.6 La Belle Cosmetics may refuse Point allocation where eligibility is unclear or not met.

4. Redeeming Points

4.1 Points may be redeemed only for in-clinic treatments, retail products, or promotional offers designated by La Belle Cosmetics.
4.2 Reward items, redemption values, point requirements, and all Program benefits may be added, removed, changed, or substituted at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Points cannot be redeemed for cash, discounts, store credit, or gift cards.
4.4 Identity verification may be required before processing a redemption.
4.5 All redemptions are final.

5. Point Expiry

5.1 Points expire three (3) years from the date they were earned.
5.2 Expiry operates on a rolling basis.
5.3 Expired Points cannot be reinstated, extended, transferred, or redeemed.

6. Refunds, Reversals & Adjustments

6.1 If a transaction that earned Points is refunded, cancelled, disputed, or reversed, the associated Points will be deducted from the Participant’s account.
6.2 If this results in a negative Point balance, future Points must be earned until the balance returns to zero before any redemption is permitted.
6.3 La Belle Cosmetics may adjust Point balances in cases of error, misuse, or suspected fraudulent activity.
6.4 Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse, with all Points forfeited.

7. Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows (Loyalty Bookings Only)

7.1 This clause applies only to appointments where Points are being redeemed (“Loyalty Booking”).
7.2 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice for a Loyalty Booking will result in a deduction of 50 Points.
7.3 Failing to attend a Loyalty Booking (“No-Show”) will result in the forfeiture of all Points intended to be redeemedfor that appointment.
7.4 These deductions are final and non-reversible and apply in addition to standard clinic cancellation or no-show fees.
7.5 Regular appointments not involving Point redemption are not subject to Point deductions.

8. Account Information & Balance Enquiries

8.1 Participants are responsible for keeping their contact details accurate and up to date.
8.2 La Belle Cosmetics does not provide online access to Point balances.
8.3 To check a Points balance, Participants must contact the clinic directly via phone or in person.
8.4 La Belle Cosmetics is not responsible for Point loss caused by outdated or incorrect account information.

9. Program Modifications & Termination

9.1 La Belle Cosmetics may amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
9.2 This includes changes to reward items, redemption values, point requirements, earning rules, eligibility, and all Program benefits.
9.3 Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the most current Terms.
9.4 If the Program is terminated, all unredeemed Points will expire unless required otherwise by law.

10. General

10.1 Participation does not create any contractual or fiduciary relationship beyond these Terms.
10.2 All decisions by La Belle Cosmetics regarding Point allocation, redemption, deductions, eligibility, or administration are final and binding.
10.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
