Shipping Policy
We take great care in preparing every order to ensure it is dispatched promptly and arrives in perfect condition.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Options (Australia Post)
We offer both Standard and Express delivery via Australia Post, allowing you to choose the service that best suits your needs.
Standard Shipping
A reliable and cost-effective option for everyday orders.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
- Metro areas: typically 2–4 business days
- Regional & interstate areas: typically 3–7 business days
Express Shipping
Available for customers who require their order sooner. Estimated delivery timeframes:
- Metro areas: typically 1–2 business day
- Regional & interstate areas: typically 2–4 business days
Australia Post prioritises express parcels; however, delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Please note
- Dispatch timeframes remain the same for both Standard and Express orders (1–2 business days).
- Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be impacted by peak periods, public holidays, or factors outside our control.
- All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel has been sent.
In-Clinic Collection
For customers who prefer to collect their order in person, we offer complimentary in-clinic collection from our Bella Vista location.
Orders selected for collection will be prepared within 1–2 business days. Once ready, you will receive an email confirming your order is available for pickup.
Collection details:
- Available during clinic business hours only
- Photo ID and your order confirmation email may be requested at pickup
- Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification unless otherwise arranged
- Third-party collection is permitted, provided the order confirmation email is presented
Delivery Responsibility
Once your parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
While we are unable to accept liability for parcels lost or stolen after delivery, our team is always happy to assist with tracking information or courier details should you require support.
