SHIPPING POLICY
At La Belle Cosmetics, every online order is hand packed with care from our dedicated fulfilment location before being dispatched.
This policy applies to online orders placed through our website.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Online Store Fulfilment
Our online store operates separately from our clinic.
Product availability, pricing, promotions, bundles, discounts, and gift-with-purchase offers online may differ from what is available in clinic.
In-clinic stock may not reflect online stock levels, and online stock may not reflect what is available for purchase in clinic.
Online purchases, promotions, discounts, and offers are valid for online store orders only unless otherwise stated. They cannot be transferred to, redeemed against, or retrospectively applied to in-clinic treatments, services, appointments, or purchases.
Likewise, in-clinic promotions, credits, packages, booking fees, or treatment offers cannot be applied to online store orders unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Locations
La Belle Cosmetics currently ships within Australia only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Delivery Options
All online orders are shipped via Australia Post, unless otherwise stated.
Standard and Express shipping options may be available at checkout.
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is a reliable option for everyday orders.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
Metro areas: 2-4 business days
Regional and interstate areas: 3-7 business days
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for customers who require their order sooner.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
Metro areas: 1-2 business days
Regional and interstate areas: 2-4 business days
Australia Post prioritises Express parcels; however, delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery Timeframes
Dispatch timeframes remain the same for both Standard and Express orders.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may be affected by peak periods, public holidays, courier delays, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking Your Order
All shipped orders include tracking.
Once your parcel has left our fulfilment location, delivery updates are managed by Australia Post. Please refer to your tracking link for the most up-to-date delivery information.
If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact our team and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
La Belle Cosmetics is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or parcels delivered to an incorrect address where incorrect or incomplete shipping information has been provided.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
In-Clinic Collection
Complimentary in-clinic collection is available from our Bella Vista location.
Orders selected for collection will be prepared within 1-2 business days. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirming it is available for pickup.
Collection is available during clinic business hours only.
Please note that in-clinic collection is a pickup option only. Online stock is managed separately and may differ from what is available for purchase in clinic.
Photo ID and your order confirmation email may be requested at the time of collection.
Orders must be collected within 7 days of your collection notification unless otherwise arranged with our team.
If your order is not collected within 7 days, our team may send a reminder to the contact details provided at checkout.
If your order remains uncollected after a further 14 days, it may be treated as uncollected goods. La Belle Cosmetics may cancel the collection arrangement, return the item to stock where appropriate, or manage the goods in accordance with applicable laws.
Third-party collection is permitted, provided the order confirmation email is presented at pickup.
Authority to Leave & Safe Drop
Unless otherwise stated, orders may be shipped without signature on delivery.
Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe place at the delivery address where it considers it appropriate to do so.
Please ensure your delivery address is secure and suitable for parcel delivery.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your parcel has been marked as delivered by Australia Post, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient.
La Belle Cosmetics is unable to accept liability for parcels that are lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
If your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking details. Our team is also happy to assist where possible by providing tracking information or courier details.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an item missing, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact our team as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the parcel, packaging, and product.
