Is the Morpheus8 treatment painful?
 

Most clients find the treatment surprisingly manageable. Before your session we apply a strong topical numbing cream to minimise sensation. For those who prefer additional comfort, we also offer gas sedation (happy gas), which allows you to remain relaxed throughout the treatment. You may feel warmth, pressure or a brief prickling sensation as the energy is delivered, but the session is designed to be as comfortable as possible.

How many sessions will I need?
 

Most clients achieve noticeable improvement with a course of three sessions, spaced approximately four weeks apart. However, the number of treatments may vary depending on your skin type, concerns and desired results. Some people with deeper lines, scarring or more significant laxity may benefit from additional sessions. Your clinician will assess your skin and create a recommended treatment schedule during your consultation.

What is the typical downtime after a Morpheus8 treatment?
 

Downtime is generally minimal compared to more invasive procedures. Many clients feel comfortable returning to work or daily activities soon after their appointment. Mild redness, swelling or pinpoint marks can appear on the skin and usually fade over several days. Makeup can typically be worn after 24 to 48 hours, depending on how your skin responds.

What can I expect during this downtime?
 

In the first few days you may notice redness, warmth and light swelling, similar to a mild sunburn. Small grid-like marks or tiny scabs may form where the microneedles entered the skin. These are normal responses and part of the renewal process. Any dryness or texture typically settles within a week.
