Is LED Light Therapy suitable for all skin types?
 

Yes. LED Light Therapy is gentle, cool on the skin and suitable for virtually all skin types, including sensitive, reactive and mature skin. Because it does not cause heat or irritation, it is safe to use regularly and is often recommended as part of a long-term skin maintenance program.

It is also an excellent recovery treatment following procedures such as chemical peels, microneedling or cosmetic injectables, helping to reduce downtime and enhance healing.

Is LED Light Therapy painful?
 

No. LED Light Therapy is completely comfortable and pain-free. Most clients describe the experience as warm, soothing and deeply relaxing. There is no downtime at all and makeup can be applied immediately after treatment if desired.

How often should I have LED Light Therapy?
 

For best results, LED Light Therapy is most effective when performed consistently. Most clients begin with a course of treatments, attending one to two sessions per week for four to six weeks. This allows the light energy to build up within the skin and encourages cumulative improvements in tone, clarity and overall skin function.
