Booking & Cancellation Policy


At La Belle Cosmetics, we pride ourselves on delivering an elevated and seamless experience for every client. To maintain fairness and consistency, please review the following terms prior to making an appointment.

1. Making a Booking
  • Appointments can be made online or by contacting our team on (02) 8859 5300.
  • A $50 deposit is required for all bookings, including consultations and treatments.
  • For online bookings, your card details are securely stored and the deposit is processed within 24 – 48 hours.
  • If a deposit cannot be processed due to insufficient funds, we will attempt to contact you. If contact cannot be made, your appointment will be cancelled.
  • A pre-screening call is required to confirm treatment suitability. Please ensure your contact details are correct and that you are available to answer. Failure to complete pre-screening may result in cancellation.
  • Appointment reminders are sent via SMS and email. Unconfirmed bookings within 48 hours of your appointment time may be automatically released.
  • Deposit Variation: Some specialised or extended treatments require longer appointment times and therefore may attract a custom deposit amount to reserve your booking. This reflects the professional time and resources allocated exclusively to you.

2. Consultations
  • All new and existing clients must attend a consultation prior to any treatment they have not previously received at our clinic.
  • Consultation Only: If you book a consultation only, the $50 deposit remains valid for six months and may be applied toward a future treatment.
  • Consultation + Treatment: If you choose not to proceed with treatment on the day, the deposit will be redeemed as the consultation fee.

3. Suitability & Practitioner Discretion
  • Treatment suitability is at the sole discretion of the practitioner.
  • If you are deemed unsuitable for a treatment, your deposit will be applied as the consultation fee.
  • Practitioners may recommend alternative options or decline treatment where medically necessary.
  • For all medical and aesthetic procedures, La Belle Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if, in the practitioner’s professional opinion, the client is not a suitable candidate.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but remain valid for six months for future use.

4. Treatment Pricing & Availability
  • Certain services require an in-person consultation to confirm pricing.
  • If time permits and the treatment is appropriate, it may be performed on the same day.
  • If treatment is deferred, your deposit will roll over to your next confirmed appointment.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Failure to attend without notice (no-show) will also forfeit the deposit.
  • Repeated short-notice cancellations or no-shows may require full pre-payment for future bookings.
  • Deposits remain valid for six months if cancellation notice is given more than 48 hours in advance.

6. Late Arrivals
  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their session shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled to avoid impacting subsequent clients.
  • This may result in deposit forfeiture.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you are delayed; while we will always try to accommodate you, extended time cannot be guaranteed.

7. Treatment Packages & Prepaid Series
  • Day packages must be redeemed in full on the scheduled date and cannot be split or shared.
  • Prepaid treatment courses must be paid in full prior to commencement and are non- refundable for change of mind.
  • Please ensure you are ready to commit before purchasing prepaid services.

8. Gift Card Policy
  • Gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the original purchase date.
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, in part or in full.
  • The balance remains as a credit and may be used toward any treatment service or retail product offered in-clinic.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Promotional or complimentary gift cards may have shorter validity as specified upon issue.

9. Clinical Photography
  • Clinical photography is mandatory for documentation, compliance, and safety.
  • Consent will be sought for any use beyond medical records.
  • Refusal of required photography will result in treatment being declined.

10. Children-Free Policy
To maintain a calm and safe environment:
  • Children under 16 years are not permitted in the clinic, even if supervised.
  • Children cannot wait in reception or accompany clients into treatment rooms.

11. Refund Policy 
  • Results vary between individuals and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
  • Refunds are not available for change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or for gift cards.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but remain valid for six months, unless redeemed as a consultation fee.

12. Privacy & Security
All personal and payment information is securely stored and handled in accordance with Australian privacy and data-protection laws.


13. Force Majeure
If unforeseen events beyond our control occur - such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions - appointments will be rescheduled and deposits will remain valid for future use.


14. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse treatment or service to any client who is: disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive; under the influence of drugs or alcohol; or non-compliant with clinic policies or medical direction.


15. Consent for Communication
By booking with La Belle Cosmetics, you consent to being contacted via SMS, email, or phone for appointment confirmations, reminders, and clinic updates.


16. Aftercare Responsibility
Clients must follow all aftercare instructions and use recommended products as directed. Failure to do so may impact results and is not grounds for refund or complimentary re- treatment.


17. Treatment Adjustments & Follow-Ups
Some treatments may require review or adjustment to achieve optimal results. Any additional services will be discussed in advance and may incur separate fees.


18. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving all concerns promptly and fairly.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment or service, please contact us directly. If resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to an independent mediator or the relevant regulatory authority.
