Key Active Ingredients:

1. After cleansing and drying your skin, apply 3-4 drops of Super Serum Advance + to clean dry skin on the face, neck and décolletage. 
2. Gently dab or smooth the serum until fully absorbed.
3. Use once or twice daily, depending on your skin’s needs and routine (morning or evening).
4. In the morning, follow with broad-spectrum SPF and sun protection.
5. During evening use, follow with a moisturiser if needed. Because this is a high-strength formula, proceed gradually if skin is new to potent actives.
6. Consistent use as part of a structured skincare routine will bring best visible results over time.

Shipping
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
