• For daily use: Apply a thin layer of the balm to clean, dry skin morning and night. 
• For post-procedure or highly distressed skin: Apply a generous amount as needed to affected areas. 
• Follow with your usual serums or treatments if applying as part of a layered routine; always finish with SPF in the morning.
• Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain ingredient stability.

Shipping
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metro areas usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days
• Regional and interstate deliveries may take 3 to 7 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive a notification once your parcel has been dispatched. Delivery times may be impacted during busy sale periods or due to courier service delays.

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
