Key Active Ingredients Include:

• Retinol (1.0%), botanical origin, encapsulated with phosphatidylcholine & triglycerides to enhance delivery and reduce irritation. 
• Bakuchiol, a plant-derived alternative/booster to retinol to improve tolerability and performance. 
• Extremozymes® & Ectoin, proprietary enzyme-based antioxidants to support skin resilience and protect from stressors.
• Antioxidant botanicals: e.g., rice bran extract, rosemary extract & vitamin E to enhance retinol effectiveness and protect skin. 

1. Cleanse skin thoroughly and pat dry.
2. In the evening, apply 2–3 pumps of Retinol+ Emulsion 1.0 to face and neck. 
3. If your skin is new to maximum-strength retinol, begin with every 2–3 nights; as tolerance builds, you may increase frequency under professional advice.
4. Follow with a moisturiser if needed. In the morning, use a broad-spectrum sunscreen every day while using retinol.
5. Avoid combining with other strong exfoliants or active resurfacing treatments on the same night unless recommended by your skincare professional.

Shipping
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metro areas usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days
• Regional and interstate deliveries may take 3 to 7 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive a notification once your parcel has been dispatched. Delivery times may be impacted during busy sale periods or due to courier service delays.

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
