Key Active Ingredients:

• Retinol (botanical origin, 0.3%) – Encapsulated to enhance delivery and minimise irritation. 
• Bakuchiol – A botanical alternative to retinol that complements its effects and often boosts tolerability. 
• Ectoin (Extremozymes®) – Protects against environmental stress and supports visible skin resilience. 
• Bio-identical lipids & peptides – Support skin renewal, barrier strength and overall skin condition. 

The formula is designed to deliver visible results while maintaining skin comfort and supporting long-term skin health.

1. After cleansing and ensuring skin is dry, apply 2-3 pumps (or the recommended amount) of Retinol+ Emulsion 0.3 to the face, neck and décolletage. 
2. Initially use every 3 nights for about 3 weeks. If well tolerated, increase to every 2 nights or as directed by your skincare professional. 
3. In the morning, apply a broad-spectrum SPF and limit sun exposure, as retinol may increase sensitivity. 
4. Suitable to layer with moisturisers; if irritation occurs reduce frequency of use.

Shipping
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metro areas usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days
• Regional and interstate deliveries may take 3 to 7 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive a notification once your parcel has been dispatched. Delivery times may be impacted during busy sale periods or due to courier service delays.

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
