Key Active Ingredients:

• A hyaluronic acid complex (including high- and low-molecular weight hyaluronic acid) – supports hydration and skin plumping. 
• Haenkenium® (Salvia Haenkei extract) – a patented botanical extract that helps slow the degradation of hyaluronic acid and protect skin from oxidative damage. 
• Supporting emollients and humectants such as squalane, glycerin, xylitol and other lipid-like ingredients to strengthen the barrier. 

The formula is designed to deliver a high-performance barrier and antioxidant support in a daily cream format.

1. After cleansing (and optionally toning), apply a small amount of Profhilo Haenkenium Cream to clean dry skin across the face, neck and décolletage. 
2. Use once or twice daily depending on skin condition and treatment needs. If skin is compromised or post-treatment, apply twice daily.
3. In the morning, follow with broad-spectrum sun protection. In the evening, layer a corrective serum if needed and then the cream.
4. With consistent use, you will support skin comfort, hydration and visible improvement in tone and texture.

Shipping
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metro areas usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days
• Regional and interstate deliveries may take 3 to 7 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive a notification once your parcel has been dispatched. Delivery times may be impacted during busy sale periods or due to courier service delays.

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
