Key Active Ingredients:

• Sugarcane Extract – natural source of glycolic acid that gently exfoliates and smooths the skin

These botanically derived acids and brightening ingredients work synergistically to refine, clarify and rejuvenate the skin.

1. After cleansing, apply 3–5 drops of Active Serum to the face and neck.
2. Use once daily, preferably in the evening.
3. Allow the serum to absorb; a mild tingling sensation on application is normal.
4. Follow with a moisturiser if needed.
5. Always apply a broad-spectrum SPF the following morning, especially when using exfoliating or active treatments.

Consistent use will yield best results, with many users noticing visible improvement within a few days.

Shipping
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metro areas usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days
• Regional and interstate deliveries may take 3 to 7 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive a notification once your parcel has been dispatched. Delivery times may be impacted during busy sale periods or due to courier service delays.

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
