Key Active Ingredients:

• L-Ascorbic Acid (20 %) – a high-strength form of vitamin C that supports antioxidant defence and collagen stimulation. 
• Extremozymes® – a proprietary enzyme blend designed to protect skin from environmental stress, stimulate regeneration and support cellular health. 
• Kakadu Plum Extract – an Australian super-fruit rich in natural vitamin C, used here to boost brightness and defend against oxidative damage. 

The formulation is paraben-free and designed for high efficacy while supporting skin comfort.

1. After cleansing and drying your skin, apply 3-4 drops of GeneXC Serum to the face and neck.
2. Gently smooth or dab the serum into the skin using fingertips, then follow with moisturiser and (in the morning) broad-spectrum SPF.
3. Use once or twice daily depending on your routine and skin tolerance.
4. Because of the high-potency vitamin C and enzyme system, storage in a cool place away from direct light is recommended for best stability.

Shipping
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metro areas usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days
• Regional and interstate deliveries may take 3 to 7 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive a notification once your parcel has been dispatched. Delivery times may be impacted during busy sale periods or due to courier service delays.

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
