1. Apply generously to clean, dry skin on the face, neck and exposed décolletage area 15 minutes before sun exposure. 
2. As the final step of your morning skincare routine - apply after serums and moisturisers, and before makeup if used.
3. Reapply every 2 hours when outdoors, and immediately after swimming, sweating heavily or towel-drying. 
4. On days with heavy sun exposure or outdoor activities, use this sunscreen as your primary defence and consider reapplication or additional shade protection.
5. Use daily for best protection - UV exposure is cumulative and continuous.

Shipping
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Regional and interstate deliveries may take 3 to 7 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive a notification once your parcel has been dispatched. Delivery times may be impacted during busy sale periods or due to courier service delays.

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

A broad-spectrum daily sunscreen is essential when using corrective or active skincare products, and UV exposure should still be minimised (seek shade, wear protective clothing, hats and sunglasses).
