• Safflower Seed Oil – Helps dissolve makeup and impurities while maintaining moisture and barrier support

• Evening Primrose Oil – Rich in essential fatty acids, helps soothe and strengthen compromised skin

• Antioxidant Blend – Helps protect skin from free radicals and daily oxidative stress

These ingredients work together to cleanse while simultaneously reinforcing the skin’s natural defence and repair mechanisms.

1. Apply a small amount of Cream Cleanser to dry or slightly damp skin.
2. Gently massage over the face and neck using slow, circular motions.
3. Remove using lukewarm water or a damp muslin cloth.
4. Follow with your treatment serums and moisturiser.
5. Can be used morning and night, or as the first step in a double cleanse.
6. For very dry or sensitive skin, it can also be used without rinsing by gently wiping away with a warm damp cloth.

This cleanser is particularly effective as the first cleanse at night to remove makeup and SPF, followed by a gel or active cleanser if desired.

Shipping
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metro areas usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days
• Regional and interstate deliveries may take 3 to 7 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive a notification once your parcel has been dispatched. Delivery times may be impacted during busy sale periods or due to courier service delays.

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
