Key Active Ingredients:

• White Willow Bark Extract (Salix Alba) – A botanical BHA source that helps exfoliate gently and deep-clean pores. 
• Sugarcane Extract – Provides glycolic acid-type exfoliation to support skin renewal and smoother texture. 
• Centella Asiatica – A botanical antioxidant that supports skin calmness and resilience. 
• Chamomile Flower Extract – Offers soothing, antioxidant benefits to balance cleansing actives. 

The formulation is paraben-free and designed to work without harsh surfactants or overly stripping ingredients. 

1. Wet the face and neck with water.
2. Apply a small amount of Cleansing Complex to your palm, then massage gently over the face and neck.
3. Rinse thoroughly and pat skin dry. 
4. Use morning and evening as part of your daily routine.
5. Follow with any treatment serums or moisturiser as required.
6. For best results, consistent use is recommended, especially if you have textured, congested or blemish-prone skin.

Shipping
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metro areas usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days
• Regional and interstate deliveries may take 3 to 7 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive a notification once your parcel has been dispatched. Delivery times may be impacted during busy sale periods or due to courier service delays.

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
