1. After cleansing (and any prescribed toning step), apply a small amount of Brightening Complex to clean, dry skin across the face and neck (and targeted areas of discolouration). 
2. Use this treatment once or twice daily depending on your skin’s tolerance and your overall routine (morning use should always be followed by sunscreen).
3. Follow with your usual moisturiser (if required) and, in the morning, finish with a broad-spectrum SPF.
4. For best results, consistent use is recommended and changes become more visible over time as skin texture and tone improve.

Shipping
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metro areas usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days
• Regional and interstate deliveries may take 3 to 7 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive a notification once your parcel has been dispatched. Delivery times may be impacted during busy sale periods or due to courier service delays.

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
