1. Apply generously to the lips 15 minutes before sun exposure. 
2. Reapply at least every 2 hours when in the sun, and after eating, drinking, swimming or towel-drying the lips. 
3. Use daily as part of your morning routine or whenever your lips are exposed to sun, wind or environmental stress.
4. Because the formula is mineral-based and skin-friendly, it can also be used even on sensitive lips or as a daily preventive lip treatment.

Shipping
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
