1. Cleanse skin thoroughly.
2. Warm a pea-sized amount of the Triple Lipid Restore in your fingertips, then apply to face, neck (and décolletage if desired) using circular motions. 
3. Use once or twice daily:
Morning: After serum (e.g., vitamin C), then apply this moisturiser, then broad-spectrum SPF. 
Evening: After cleansing and any corrective serums or retinol, apply this cream as the final nourishing step. 
4. For retinoid users: Apply retinol first, then layer Triple Lipid Restore to support barrier recovery and reduce dryness.
5. Consistent daily use will maximise visible improvements in texture, firmness and glow.

Shipping
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive a notification once your parcel has been dispatched. Delivery times may be impacted during busy sale periods or due to courier service delays.

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
