Key Active Ingredients:

• 1.3% Pure Hyaluronic Acid – high-concentration humectant that attracts and retains moisture in the skin for plumping. 
• 12% Proxylane™ – a biomimetic sugar/protein hybrid that helps reinforce firmness and elasticity by supporting glycan structure. 
• Post-biotic Ferment Extract – a new component in the formula designed to stimulate glycosaminoglycan production (which includes hyaluronic acid) for retention of volume. 
• Licorice Root & Purple Rice Extracts – plant extracts that help preserve hyaluronic acid levels in the outermost layers of the skin and support radiance. 

Other formulation features include being suitable for all skin types, and free from parabens, dyes and fragrance.

1. After cleansing and drying the skin, apply 4-6 drops (or 4-5 drops) of the serum to the face, neck and décolletage. 
2. Use morning and/or evening:
Morning: After your antioxidant serum (for example a vitamin C serum), then follow with your moisturiser and broad-spectrum SPF. 
Evening: After any retinol or corrective treatment (if used), and before your moisturiser. 

* Consistent daily use will support better results over time (as shown in clinical data).
* Store in a cool place and apply to clean skin for optimal absorption.

Shipping
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metro areas usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days
• Regional and interstate deliveries may take 3 to 7 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive a notification once your parcel has been dispatched. Delivery times may be impacted during busy sale periods or due to courier service delays.

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
