Key Active Ingredients:

• 2% Phloretin – a flavonoid antioxidant derived from apples and fruit-tree bark, which helps neutralise damaging free radicals and improves the appearance of discolouration and uneven tone.
• 10% L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) – a potent antioxidant that neutralises oxidative stress, supports collagen production and helps visibly reduce signs of ageing. 
• 0.5% Ferulic Acid – plant-based antioxidant that enhances the stability and efficacy of vitamin C and works synergistically to protect the skin.

1. In the morning, after cleansing (and toning if used), apply 4-5 drops of Phloretin CF to dry face, neck and chest. 
2. Follow immediately with your moisturiser and then a broad-spectrum SPF sunscreen. (Antioxidants + sunscreen form the most complete daily protection.) 

* Because this is a potent antioxidant serum, avoid layering other strong actives (e.g., retinol) at the same time in the morning; reserve those for the evening. 
* Store the bottle away from direct light. It is normal for the serum to darken slightly after opening; this does not necessarily indicate reduced efficacy.

Shipping
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Regional and interstate deliveries may take 3 to 7 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive a notification once your parcel has been dispatched. Delivery times may be impacted during busy sale periods or due to courier service delays.

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
