Additionally, the formulation is free from soap, sulphates, parabens, synthetic fragrances, dyes and alcohol (in many versions/retail listings).

1. Wet your face and neck with water.
2. Dispense one pump (or the recommended amount) of Simply Clean and gently massage into the wet skin of your face and neck using light circular motions. 
3. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and gently pat the skin dry.
4. Use twice daily (morning and evening) for optimal results. 

* In your morning routine: after cleansing use your antioxidant serum (like vitamin C) and follow with moisturiser and broad-spectrum SPF. 
*In your evening routine: after cleansing apply your corrective serums or moisturiser as needed.

* Individual usage will vary, but with one pump each cleanse the product should last several months depending on frequency.

We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metro areas usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days
• Regional and interstate deliveries may take 3 to 7 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive a notification once your parcel has been dispatched. Delivery times may be impacted during busy sale periods or due to courier service delays.

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

This product is intended for external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. If irritation, excessive dryness or discomfort occurs, discontinue use and consult your skincare professional or dermatologist. Even though this is a cleanser, because it uses mild acid/exfoliation and botanical actives, it is advisable to follow with hydrating/moisturising products and utilise broad-spectrum sun protection during the day. Individual results may vary depending on skin type, condition, usage frequency, and other skincare behaviours.
