Key Active Ingredients:

• Copper Tripeptide-1 (Tripeptide-1) – supports collagen synthesis and dermal protein accumulation, helping reduce signs of premature ageing. 
• Extremozyme® Technology – a proprietary botanical enzyme blend to help protect skin from environmental stressors and support resilience. 
• Mixed Fruit Acids + Sugarcane Extract (Botanical AHAs/BHAs) – gentle exfoliating acids derived from fruit and sugarcane that support removal of dead skin, smoothing and renewal. 
• Willow Bark Extract & Witch Hazel – botanical exfoliants/soothing agents to assist in texture refinement and support clarity.

1. Use every other day (or as tolerated) – preferably in the evening. 
2. After cleansing and drying the skin, apply Step 1 pad over the face and neck. Leave on for approx. 3 minutes. Do not rinse. A cool tingling sensation is normal. 
3. Immediately apply Step 2 pad over the same area, leave on. This step hydrates, soothes and supports recovery. 
4. Follow with a gentle moisturiser if needed. Always use broad-spectrum SPF in the morning when using exfoliating or resurfacing treatments.

* Because the treatment is active, adjust frequency or pause use if your skin becomes sensitised; resume when skin comfort returns.

Shipping
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metro areas usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days
• Regional and interstate deliveries may take 3 to 7 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive a notification once your parcel has been dispatched. Delivery times may be impacted during busy sale periods or due to courier service delays.

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
