At La Belle Cosmetics, we strive to provide a seamless, professional, and enjoyable experience for all clients. To maintain the highest standards of care and efficiency, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our booking and cancellation policies.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected changes can happen. To avoid any fees, please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 fee. If you fail to attend your appointment without notice (a no-show), a $50 fee will also apply. In this case, future bookings will require an additional deposit.
How to Book
Appointments can be scheduled online through our booking system or by calling (02) 8859 5300. For online bookings, your credit card information will be securely stored for deposits and future appointments. For phone bookings, a $50 deposit is required, and you may choose to store your details on file for convenience.
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive SMS and email reminders. We will also attempt to call you a few days before to confirm your attendance. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours of your appointment, it may be cancelled.
Deposit Policy
A $50 deposit is required for all bookings and is processed within 24-48 hours of confirming your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable for change of mind but remains valid for 6 months, applicable to any service or product at our clinic.
If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, the deposit will be used as a cancellation fee. A new deposit will be required if you wish to rebook.
Consultation Requirements
Consultations are mandatory before any treatment. During this session, practitioners will assess your needs and create a personalised treatment plan. A $50 consultation deposit is required and is redeemable towards any treatment or product at our clinic.
If you wish to have your treatment on the same day as your consultation, please inform us when booking so we can allocate sufficient time. Practitioners will only proceed with treatment if deemed suitable; otherwise, they will recommend alternatives or decline treatment for your safety and benefit.
Once a consultation is completed, the consultation deposit is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with treatment. However, the deposit remains valid for 6 months and can be applied to any service or product or will serve as the consultation fee if no treatment is undertaken.
Pre-Screening & Suitability
Before any treatment, clients will undergo a pre-screening process to assess suitability. Some contraindications may only become evident during the in person consultation. If a treatment cannot be carried out due to medical reasons, we will discuss rescheduling or alternative options.
Late Arrival Policy
To ensure that all clients receive the full benefit of their appointments, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, which may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Please contact us if you anticipate being late, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Children-Free Environment
For the safety and comfort of all clients, we kindly request that children and infants not accompany you to appointments. Our treatments require full attention and precision, and the presence of children can be distracting and pose safety risks.
Children cannot be left unattended in the reception area or brought into treatment rooms, even if supervised. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a calm, focused environment for everyone.
Refund Policy
We recognise that medical treatments involve individual variability, and consistent results cannot always be guaranteed. Each person’s body responds differently to treatment. While our practitioners are dedicated to providing the best possible care, refunds are not available if results do not meet personal expectations.
Our team will provide recommendations based on what is safest and most suitable for you.
Booking deposits are non-refundable in cases of change of mind but remain valid for up to six months.
Treatment Packages
Day packages must be used on the day of your appointment and cannot be split between two individuals. This ensures that each client receives the full benefit of the treatments provided. Any unused portions of day packages will be forfeited and cannot be carried over to a future appointment.
For prepaid packages that require a series of sessions, full payment is required prior to the commencement of treatment. Please be aware that these payments are non-refundable for changes of mind. We encourage clients to carefully consider their commitment to the treatment series before purchasing to ensure the best possible experience and outcome.
Clinical Photography
As part of our clinic’s protocol, photographs will be taken during your initial consultation and at key stages throughout your treatment. These images are mandatory for clinical documentation. You will be asked to complete a consent form regarding how these images may be used beyond clinical purposes. Unless additional consent is given, all images will remain strictly for medical and recordkeeping purposes.
Please note that refusal to consent to photography or video recordings for clinical records will result in denial of treatment, as these recordings are essential for your safety and care.
Your Privacy Matters
We take the privacy of your personal information seriously. Credit card details provided online or by phone are securely stored with your consent for future bookings. All personal and payment information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
