Booking & Cancellation Policy

At La Belle Cosmetics, we aim to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our clients. To maintain the efficiency and safety of our appointments, we have included the following important details in our booking policy.

Appointment Deposit 

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for all over the phone bookings. The same applies for online bookings where the deposit will be collected over the phone prior to the scheduled appointment. This deposit is versatile and can be applied to any treatment or product of your choice following your initial consultation.
If the $50 deposit is not paid prior to the appointment, then the appointment may be cancelled.

Consultation Flexibility

If you have a consultation scheduled, you have two options. You can choose to schedule your treatment for another day within the next 6 months, and the $50 deposit will remain on your file, redeemable towards the treatment. Additionally, if there are no contraindications and your service provider agrees, you may be able to have the treatment done on the same day. This can be discussed in person and will be determined after your consultation.

Online Booking Requirements 

For online bookings, a valid credit card is required and will be securely stored on file.

Cancellation Fees (Online Bookings)

Cancellations within 48 hours incur a $50 per service fee for online bookings.

Cancellation Fees (Phone Bookings)

If booked over the phone with a $50 deposit, it automatically serves as the cancellation fee if appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours. Rebooking requires a new deposit.

Rescheduling 

If you wish to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours, you may risk losing your $50 deposit.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are non-refundable for changes of mind.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if contraindications prevent the scheduled treatment.

Confirmation Process

After submitting an online booking, a team member will contact you by phone for additional pre-screening questions and to confirm details.

Deposit Validity 

Your $50 deposit is valid for a generous period of 6 months from the date of your initial consultation. During this time, you have the flexibility to choose when to use it for your desired treatment, whether it’s on the same day as your consultation or at a later date within the 6-month window.

Privacy Assurance 

We want to assure you that any deposits collected over the phone are treated with the utmost confidentiality. Your personal details remain private, and we do not record our phone calls.

Late Arrival Policy 

We kindly request that clients arrive on time for their appointments. Please be aware that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it may need to be cancelled or rescheduled to ensure the best experience for all our clients. Failure to adhere to our policies may lead to incurring cancellation fees.

No Children Policy 

To prioritise the safety and comfort of both our clients and our dedicated team, we kindly request that appointments be attended without children. Our treatments fall under the category of Medical Treatments, which mandates that children cannot accompany you into the treatment room or be left unattended in our reception area during your appointment. If children are brought to an appointment, we will be unable to proceed as scheduled and will need to reschedule your visit. Failure to adhere to our policies may lead to incurring cancellation fees.
